Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Dinvaroria (hereinafter: "we") handles personal data of visitors to dinvaroria.com. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the additional Dutch implementing rules in force from 2026.
Data controller
Stichting Dinvaroria, established at Stationsplein 12-B, 3511 ED Utrecht, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 88 142 376, acts as the data controller.
Data we process
We process only the information you provide through the subscription form, namely your name, email address and any message you choose to add. In addition — and only with your consent — we register a limited set of technical signals through cookies, such as your language choice and visit statistics.
Purposes of processing
The information you provide is used to send the weekly Eco-bulletin, to answer your message and to improve our editorial service. We do not use your data for profiling and we do not pursue commercial purposes outside our platform.
Retention periods
Subscription data is retained for as long as you remain subscribed to the bulletin. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each edition. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for no longer than eighteen months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data. You may also object to processing. Requests may be sent to redactie@dinvaroria.com; we aim to respond within fifteen working days.
Complaints
If you believe we are not handling your data with due care, you may file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority in The Hague.
Updates
This policy is periodically revised. Any amendment takes effect at the moment of publication. We invite you to consult this page from time to time.
